Something Sketchy

Madhuvanthi Mohan aka Something Sketchy is an illustrator from Bangalore, India, who has recently moved to Mount Pleasant, Vancouver with her partner and their ginger rescue cat Thimmi. She puts her illustrations on products like notebooks, stickers and prints for retail. Each quirky and unique design has a story behind it or a song that inspired it.

She cares very deeply about bringing the illustrator community together and runs an illustrators’ group called The Sketchup in India where she has hosted intimate, informal, underground gatherings with established Speakers, across the country. She also curates and organises art shows and festivals.
